Ram Anandappa   Ram Anandappa (Born: March 22, 1981) is an entrepreneur and a philanthropist. He is the President of R&R Group of Companies andCo-founder of RE/MAX Royal Properties, Mortgage Alliance - Mortgage Empire, Lendease Direct Mortgage Investment Corporation, and the SPVP Foundation.   Early Life and Education   Ram Anandappa was born in 1981 in Srilanka, to the Augustus Yogarasa Anandappa and Rajakumarie Anandappa. Ram’s father graduated from University of Moratuwain Colombo, Sri Lanka with a Mechanical Engineering Degree, but later landed with a career as an Electrical Engineer at Premier Engineers Ltd. Ram’s father passed away Dec 5, 2016 in Canada .Ram’s mother was a graduate of Colombo Medical College and was a Pharmacist at Colombo South Hospital in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Presently Ram’s mother is retired and is practicing as a Realtor at Ram’s Real Estate firm RE/MAX Royal Properties. Ram has an elder brother Senthooran Anandappa, who is also a Realtor at RE/MAX Royal Properties Realty.                  Ram and his mother migrated to Canada in 1995 to escape the war in Sri Lanka, his brother ended up in India and father in Germany at the time. He reunited with his father in the year 2006, after almost twenty-one years.   Education   Ram attended Centennial College in 2001 where he completed his graduation degree in Computer System Network Technology.   Personal life   In the year 2010, Ram got married to Renuka, the love of his life and his business partner, who he had met in his real estate class and fell in love. Renuka was a person with great interest and passion in the field of real estate.They have two lovely and cute daughters, Angelina Anandappa and ShivaanaAnandappa.   Ram and Renuka both share a great bond between each other spiritually and mentally. They both had the same interest in the real estate field that drove them to start a business together. Ram started building his mortgage and real estate empire alongside with his wife who is a partner in all his enterprises.   Ram loves spending his time travelling to different places with his family and doing various development projects. He is also interested in golf and loves to play whenever he is free.
    Career   Ram Anandappa started his career in the field of mortgage and real estate at the age of 23. Ram and his partner founded Royal Properties Realty in June 2010.May 2011, he became the co-founder and president of Mortgage Alliance R&R Mortgages which was later renamed to Mortgage Alliance-Mortgage Empire in May 2015. Ram also launched his mortgage company in Victoria, BC in Vancouver. Mortgage alliance aids in finding the right mortgage that best suits the consumer.   February 2015, Royal Properties became a franchise of RE/MAX, an internationally recognized real estate organization. With the innovative ideas and latest marketing technologies, RE/MAX Royal Properties, co-founded by Ram became one of the top real estate companies in Canada.   After being successful in RE/MAX Royal Properties, Ram went on with launching the second office of RE/MAX Royal in Markham which is over 4000 square feet.   June 2016, Ram as a co-founder and President launched his own lending company "LendEase Direct Mortgage Investment Corporation"(LEDMIC).   LendEase is afinance company that provides short-term finance for investors and borrowers. LendEase facilitates their shareholders and investors to invest funds that givegreat returns (ROI) and mortgage options without high risk.    LendEase manages the investments by analysing the risk before investing it in real estate and lending. LeanEase assures about investing in the profitable real estate in metropolitan cities of Canada to expand its portfolio.
